Brijendra Singh

       Brijendra Singh- Founder 

 

Mr. Singh has rich professional experience in planning & moduling of various socio-economic research projects and training & capacity building programs, across a wide range of social sectors, including rural development, agriculture, self-help groups, project management and the like. Young, energetic and a good team leader, Mr. Singh has been able to implement large scale surveys in a time bound and most satisfactory manner. Possessing professional experience of more than 15 years across various sectors, Mr. Singh also commands excellent facilitation, team leadership and research skills. Mr. Singh has been instrumental in completing the entire field work for GATS-9, Annual Health Survey, DLHS-3, DLHS-4 and NFHS-4, beside a number of other large projects. In 2016, Mr. Singh established SRNO India to provide knowledge-based services to various State & Central Government organizations as well as national and international agencies.

Mr. Ajai K. Srivastava, Advisor & Sr. Consultant

Master in Policy Analysis (MPA) Post-graduate in Policy Analysis from the prestigious University of Delaware (USA), Mr. Srivastava has rich professional experience in the field of policy analysis and in undertaking Monitoring & Evaluation Studies, particularly in the field of community health. Having been associated with the Department of Community Medicine of King George Medical University for over 5 years, Mr. Srivastava is known for his skills in designing & implementing qualitative studies in Public Health arena. Further, Mr. Srivastava is also an expert in undertaking exploratory assignments, which involve collection of data from a wide array of stakeholders and based on it assessing and evaluating various development sector projects. Over the years, Mr. Srivastava has undertaken wide array of assignments in almost all sectors of human development.

Dr. Shradha Dwivedi, Consultant
Ph.D in Social Work
Doctorate in Social Work, Dr. Dwivedi has rich professional experience of over 15 years in undertaking studies the field of Maternal & Child Health, Water human development sectors. Besides, she has also been involved in designing and implementing several training programs in the area of community health & hygiene. Further, she has rich professional experience in conducting qualitative studies and documentation of important projects/programs.

Ms. Nupur Krishna, Consultant
MBA, FPM in Management
Ms. Nupur Krishna has rich and diverse professional experience of over 10 years and is undertaking Fellow Program in Management from Management Development Institute (MDI) in the field of Management. She has a number of research papers to her credit. Besides, she has also been involved in several management development programs, imparting training to officials from public and private areas. Further, she has experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative studies and documentation of important projects/programs.

Mr. Vivek Govila, Consultant
PGDBM (Finance) from IMSPR, New Delhi
Post-graduate Diploma Business Management (PGDBM) from IMSPR, New Delhi, Mr. Vivek has rich professional experience in the field of policy analysis and in undertaking Monitoring & Evaluation Studies, particularly in the field of community health. Mr. Lav Srivastava, Data Analyst

An experienced analyst, with substantial research and analytical expertise, Mr. Lav Srivastava has been keenly involved with the designing, data processing and execution of numerous research and assessment projects in the social development sector. An acknowledged authority in his field, Mr. Srivastava has been involved with the conceptualization and execution of a number of projects across various functions, including large-scale socio-economic surveys, evaluation and impact assessment studies, and censuses related to the social development sector. 

Ms. Priyanka Pandey , Consultant

MBA (HR and Finance)

Ms. Priyanka has rich professional experience in the field of planning and organizing of pilot/large scale analyzing the baseline study data to determine the underlining needs of the beneficiaries. Ms. Priyanka involved in Research work related with baseline and end line surveys and also conducted the Focused Group Discussion and In-Depth Interviews taken of participants according to the project tools. Ms. Priyanka also evaluate data through field visits with the block coordinators and help in making of research analysis reports.

Ms. Komal Bhatu, Consultant
Master in Social Work
Ms. Komal has rich experience as a WASH Program trainer ensures that water, sanitation, and hygiene project, programs, and awareness are implemented effectively, professionally, and in accordance with the culture and practices of the local population. During her career, her major role was as a WASH Program trainer to advising the WASH team in water, sanitation and hygiene promotion programming, in broad coordination with other sectors; Ms. Komal involved in evaluating the relevance and appropriateness of current and future programming in relation to water, sanitation and hygiene promotion in the local context.

Mr. Arun Singh, Field Coordinator
B.Sc (Biology)
Mr. Arun Singh possesses eleven years of experience in project management in Public Health and Nutrition, Community Development, Maternal & Child Health, ARSH and Sexual & Reproductive Health. Field planning and people management are his strengths and he is capable of managing fieldwork of any volume in any geography. His strengths lies in community mobilization, capacity building, system strengthening, program management and quality assurance to improve service delivery.
